Customer Service Documents

The following documents have been created to support organizations’ efforts to continuously improve the quality of their customer service.



Customer Service Plan

Identifies standards and guidelines for providing excellent customer service.  Has been adopted by each partner agency in the Service Integration Project.  May be downloaded and adopted by any organization.

Customer Service Organizational Assessment

A tool that enables individuals to rate their organization’s customer service strengths and areas to improve.  Assessment is based on the standards and guidelines in the Customer Service Plan.

Customer Service Organizational Assessment- Results Template

A worksheet for compiling and summarizing results from multiple Customer Service Organizational Assessments.
